This is sheet 48-015 from Two Bobs which allows you to build one of three F-5E aircraft in aggressor markings. The decals include markings for 01, 04 and 05 all from VFC-13.
As with most decals from Two Bobs, these are very nicely printed with a decent amount of stencil decals supplied. There also appears to be no decal sharing on this sheet so you should be able to build all three aircraft.
